Hi all, I just moved into a new apartment and see the Voo box in the internet closet with the cable available for the modem. I've just ordered internet from Voo. Will I need an engineer or can I just plug and play the modem myself when it arrives? Thanks,

hello, if you haven't done so yet, insert your customer number in your profile. Could you try this by turning off the router for a few minutes and then turning the router back on. and thus do a Speedtest?

Internet speed dropped from 800 MBps -900 MBps to half recently in Woluwe Saint Pierre
